Cancellation Policy

Full Refund: A full refund is granted when a cancellation is received 7 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour. No fees will be applied and a full refund will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Partial Refund: Cancellations received within 3 to 6 days prior to the departure of the scheduled tour is subject to a 50% (percent) cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

No Refund: Guests agree to forfeit the entire purchase amount when:

• A cancellation is received within 48-hours of tour departure.
• A guest does not show up for their booked tour, regardless of circumstance.
• A guest arrives after the tour has departed.

If Wanderlust Sailing & Snorkeling cancels a tour due to weather, mechanical failure, unsafe conditions, or insufficient reservations, the guest may reschedule the tour or receive a full refund.
